Akron, Ohio, May 27, 2025 — We’re excited to announce the formal launch of the Drips Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program, a company-wide strategic initiative designed to deepen alignment with our clients, elevate innovation, and drive measurable outcomes.
Why It Matters:
Our clients’ success is our strategy. The VoC program operationalizes that philosophy — embedding feedback directly into how we plan, build, and execute. It’s more than surveys or NPS; it’s a deliberate, structured approach to ensure customer insight becomes action.
The Program in Action:
Over the last six months, we hosted our first series of Annual Business Review (ABR) sessions with top healthcare clients. These in-person, two-day workshops surfaced invaluable insight into what’s working, where we can grow, and how we can deliver even greater value.
What We Heard Across Accounts:
- Clients are achieving results they’re proud to share — but want to see us go even further
- There’s significant opportunity for expanding how we engage, especially with integrated solutions
- Outcomes data, quality performance (like star and HEDIS measures), and real-time insights are core to delivering our value
- There’s high interest in accelerating product innovation — especially around personalization, automation, and reporting
What’s Next:
Every ABR produced client-specific objectives and key results (OKRs) that are now shaping our roadmap. We’re aligning these OKRs to internal goals — including our 2025 bonus program — to ensure we're all rowing in the same direction: toward real, client-driven impact.
Additionally, we’re expanding the program with the launch of the Drips Executive Advisory Council (EAC) a strategic forum where select customer executives and Drips leadership collaborate to exchange insights, influence product direction, and build deeper relationships.
