Anthony Greco is our Founder, Board Member, Technology Advisor. Anthony is a multi-time entrepreneur, writing his first line of code at nine years old, and has built Drips to scale to over half a billion conversations to date.

As Founding Partner and Executive Chairman, Tom is involved key growth areas and aligning Drips to a common goal of market definition and domination. He is also no stranger to building up businesses, having founded over seven companies. A Veteran of the United States Navy, Tom served in Operation Restore Hope, Somalia, from 1992-1993.

Jim brings decades of experience leading large-scale payer operations and driving enterprise-wide efficiencies. As a senior executive at UnitedHealthcare and Anthem, he led critical business transformations, including mergers and new member engagement strategies.

Shawn brings deep experience building and scaling commercial teams in complex enterprise environments, including leadership roles at United Healthcare, Rally Health, and most recently TurningPoint Healthcare. His focus as President is driving clarity in our go-to-market approach and strengthening accountability across execution.

Michael is our Chief Operating Officer. He has deep expertise in operations, customer success, solution consulting, and professional services. His focus and passion sit squarely at the intersection of customer service and practical AI, which Michael believes is the secret weapon for building a thriving, customer-centric, and conversational platform.

As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Deepak leads Drips’ product and technology functions to expand our scale, innovate AI capabilities, and introduce new product capabilities for our clients. He previously led enterprise technology, data, information security and AI strategies as the CIO of HealthMap Solutions and ArmadaHealth.

As CRO, Noah leads our execution strategy for revenue as we rapidly expand into new markets and continue to thrive in existing ones. Noah brings a substantial track record of enterprise artificial intelligence selling experience with a core focus around penetrating new markets.

Eric is a health insurance authority in payer strategy, member activation, AI, and technology-driven solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. He has led growth initiatives as CCO at Softheon, CEO and founder of NextHealth, and in leadership roles at TriZetto and Connecture. Based in Denver, he enjoys skiing and time with his family.

Kathleen Faulk brings over 30 years of leadership in healthcare, driving growth and innovation across national, regional, and Blues payers. She’s led Medicare and Medicaid strategies at HealthPartners, Cambia Health Solutions, and Humana—improving affordability, provider collaboration, and member experience. With deep expertise in regulatory oversight, Kathleen ensures Drips delivers compliant, high-performing engagement solutions that help payers connect with members and create measurable value across all lines of business.

As CFO of Drips, Tim is responsible for the strategic financial direction of the company. Tim brings a strong background helping privately owned companies scale their back-office operations for growth as well as analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective actions.
