Our Process
Each year, our VoC ABR series brings together our executive leadership, product teams, and top clients for a two-part strategy and alignment session. These collaborative workshops result in client-specific objectives and key results (OKRs) that drive:
- Product and service innovation
- Strategic roadmap alignment
- Measurable quality and growth outcomes

What We’re Hearing
From our inaugural Q4/24 to Q1/25 Cycle, key themes emerged:
- Clients value transparency, velocity, and results
- Data integration & systems interoperability are top priorities
- When we have better date we drive better outcomes, especially for star ratings and care gap closure.



What's Next
The OKRs resulting from our Voice of Customer client meetings are now shaping our internal roadmap and cross-functional priorities. Starting in 2025, Drips is linking company goals and performance incentives to these shared outcomes — ensuring every team is aligned around delivering what matters most to our clients.
