Jim Cronin brings decades of experience leading large-scale payer operations, managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, and driving enterprise-wide efficiencies. As a senior executive at UnitedHealthcare and Anthem, he led critical business transformations, including mergers, integrations, and new member engagement strategies. From 2008-2014, as CEO of a major healthcare market, Jim spearheaded initiatives to reduce administrative waste, improve member experience, and optimize payer-provider collaboration.
