Drips Appoints Deepak Suri as Chief Product and Technology Officer

Akron, OH — November 18, 2025 Drips, the leading conversational engagement platform, today announced the appointment of Deepak Suri as its Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). In this role, Suri will lead Drips’ Product and Technology functions as the company continues to expand its scale, innovate its AI capabilities, and expand to new applications across healthcare and other industries.

Suri brings more than two decades of healthcare and technology leadership experience to Drips. He has extensive experience innovating, transforming and scaling Technology, Product, and Data Science at high-growth organizations in regulated industries. Suri is a leader in AI innovation and has deep experience applying machine learning to solve key healthcare industry challenges.

Over the past several years, he has served as a trusted advisor to private equity and venture capital backed companies on scaling, value creation, and M&A strategies. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at Healthmap Solutions, where he was responsible for the vision, strategy, development, security, and implementation of Healthmap’s company-wide information technology platform. Before that, he was Chief Information Officer at ArmadaHealth, leading all technology, data, and information security functions for their AI-enabled platform.

Earlier in his career, Suri held key leadership roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, and Oxford Health Plans where he directed large-scale digital transformation efforts and built high-performing teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital platforms.

Suri holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University in India. He is a member of the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council, Beta Gamma Sigma, and is a passionate community volunteer with the American Heart Association and the Civil Air Patrol.
