Drips Appoints Brad Gibbs as Managing Director of Its Education Division

Akron, OH — December 9, 2025 — Drips, the leading conversational engagement platform, today announced the appointment of Brad Gibbs as Managing Director of its Education Division. Gibbs is a seasoned higher-education executive with a strong track record in enrollment growth, marketing, and partnership development, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience to Drips.

Gibbs most recently served as Chief Growth Officer at Archer Education, where he led the organization’s strategic growth initiatives across marketing, business development, institutional partnerships, and enrollment journey technologies. Under his leadership, Archer completed strategic acquisitions , including Circa Interactive and view.do expanding the company’s capabilities in digital marketing, SEO, conversational engagement, and enrollment technologies.

Prior to joining Archer, Gibbs held several senior leadership roles at PlattForm (now KeyPath Education), including President of Higher Education, Chief Growth Officer, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In these roles, he guided marketing, enrollment, and student engagement operations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, strengthening recruitment and retention outcomes for institutions at scale.

Earlier in his career, Gibbs served as Chief Development Officer at Grantham University, where he led a 400-person team responsible for student recruitment, alumni relations, and institutional brand expansion during a period of significant institutional growth prior to Grantham’s acquisition by the University of Arkansas.

Gibbs has also served in several governance and advisory roles across the education sector, including as an operations board member at PlattForm/KeyPath Education, a board member for the APSCU Political Action Committee, and currently as a Board Member at William Woods University and Strategic Advisor at EduStrategy Group. He was named to the 2014 40-Under-40 list by Ingram’s Magazine in Kansas City.
